Learning Through Sensory and Motor Exploration

Children are active learners. They learn through play. Play allows them to make sense of the world around them. Infants learn primarily through sensory (seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling) and motor exploration as well as through social interaction. In this documentation, the children are playing with multiple toys and materials. Some of the toys are random objects put together for their sensory and motor skill development. During playing with all of these items the children enjoyed shaking, feeling, and seeing the different materials.
